2023, SATURDAY, APRIL 22<\/h2>\n

\u3053\u3093\u306b\u3061\u306f (Konnichiwa) Baltic Japanese car community! On behalf of JDM Latvia, I would like to express our gratitude for the great time we had at Japfest Riga 23. There were about 250 Japanese cars from all Baltic states, and it was an absolute blast!<\/p>\n

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all event sponsors and partners who made this event possible: Ar\u0113na R\u012bga, APE Motors, Trackday.lv, Inchcape Mazda, Flancis Skr\u016bve, JDM Emergency, RedBull, AMIT Baltic, Viartcanvas, Meat Chef, Rolling Coffee, Pandemonium, KidsTopCars, Volkov Media, Designs.media, and Cool Car Drawing.<\/p>\n

We’re happy to see our friends from JDM Estonia (jdm.ee) and JDM Lithuania (Jdm.lt), and all participants from neighboring countries who traveled a long way to join us at Japfest. The JDM Baltic scene is improving and growing, so let’s keep it up together!<\/p>\n

In the “VIP” category, the 1992 Lexus LS400 from Lithuania won the award for its unique paint job, quality car seats, and authentic wheels.<\/p>\n

People’s Choice<\/h2>\n

In the Crowd Voting award, the 1977 Datsun 280z from Lithuania received the most popularity. A total of 877 voters participated, and the Datsun received 87 votes, leaving the Forester from Lithuania behind.<\/p>\n

The “JDM Unsung Hero” award was given to the 1995 Suzuki Cappuccino from Estonia, which falls into the Kei Car category, very popular car category in Japan. This car has a width of only 139 centimeters. And we measured also in limbo that it was only 120 centimeters high.<\/p>\n
